After 24 hours, I will start working on your painting. Once work has started, no refunds or cancellations are possible.
This is because each piece is custom-made just for you and cannot be resold.
Under EU Consumer Law (Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU), custom or personalized items are not eligible for the usual 14-day cancellation period.
